MOBILE APP SHELL

2026

PRODUCT DEMO

A demo rather than a client build, and deliberately unnamed — it has no identity until you give it one. One mobile app that installs to a phone's home screen and runs full screen like a native app: sign-in, a bottom-nav frame, list-to-detail navigation, photo capture. Changing one config file retargets the whole thing at a different industry, so the same codebase runs as home services, car care, resale, or event planning. Only the vocabulary, categories, colour and data change.

  • Installs to a phone home screen
  • Sign-in and per-user data rules
  • Photo upload to cloud storage
  • One codebase, four industries
  • Responsive back office

SURVEY STUDIO

2024

INTERNAL TOOLS

A survey platform built for a market research firm. Staff build a questionnaire in a drag-and-drop editor, publish it as a public link, and collect responses from people who never need an account. Shown here de-branded, with demo data standing in for client records.

  • Drag-and-drop survey builder
  • Public share links, no respondent login
  • Response collection + CSV export
  • Accounts, auth, and password management

PERSONAL TOOLS

A personal operations tool built for my own use, not a client. Everything starts as one text box: dump whatever is in your head — a leaking tap, a half-formed idea, how the day actually went — and an AI agent reads it, titles it, decides whether it was a note, an idea, a task or a journal entry, tags it, and pulls the actual to-dos out into the right lists. One rambling paragraph about a brake light, an unsent invoice and a dentist becomes four filed tasks across Home, Work and Personal. Those lists feed a time-blocked day you tick through, so scattered thoughts at 6am are a structured schedule by 8. The same agent also runs coding sessions against real projects — reading files, making edits, running the tests and reporting back — keeps a memory of facts about you between sessions, and meters its own token spend so it cannot quietly run up a bill.

  • One-box capture, AI does the filing
  • Auto-sorted lists by life area
  • Time-blocked day with progress tracking
  • Journal with a daily check-in
  • Agent sessions with tool use
  • Persistent memory across sessions
  • Job queue with cancellation
  • Token and cost metering
